[RTTY] [NCCC] Fwd: Warning: could not send message for past 4 hours

After the second bounce message I resent mine and it was accepted okay. No
more bounce messages but I did get the usual confirmation email.

Mine got bounced too (sent at about 9 AM Eastern time this morning, bounce
message came back 4 hours later). I'm not sure whether to believe the note
in the bounce message that says it will keep trying, or just re-submit. It's
not on the web page, so I guess it hasn't made it through yet.
