[RTTY] Byterunner 4 port serial card....

BlankHi guys,
      Today I received my new byterunner 4 port db-9 Model PCI-400HS serial
port card.  I don't think it is working?   In the device manager, I get two
new
controllers under "VScomMultiIO"   One is "VScom Dummy Controller" and
the other one is "VScom PCI400H Controller."   I see no extra ports????
The instructions tell me to click Properties, then "Advanced" to verify the
speed
etc.  There is no Advanced to click on.   I am running Win98 SE op system.
Is
the card bad?  Can anyone help?
