Maybe not so surprisingly, there were no new records set in High Power.
Conditions the previous year 2002 were phenomenal and not so great in 2003.

It was the first year for Low Power so all are new records.

Congratulations to May, WA1EHK, for what could be her first NA Record (Low
Power)!

ANARTS this weekend.  No new antennas yet but I hope to put in a few hours.
