As a follow up to my previous reply, for RTTY, ditch the HAL and
download MMTTY to use with your soundcard.  Not only is it free, it
works better.  Keep the HAL for other modes or as a tuning indicator.  I
have an old KAM which I used for years but which now serves only to
drive the X-Y input on a scope.
