[RTTY] DXCC Questions

Hello,

Two questions relating to RTTY and DXCC.

Does a RTTY contact with 4U1VIC count as a 4U_ITU contact or only as an 
Austrian contact? I suppose the same question applies to the World Bank 
station here in DC?

Second, does PSK31 count as a RTTY contact or only MIXED? Did manage to 
work the XF4IH on PSK31 yesterday. Maybe they will be up on RTTY soon.
