Years ago, an 8-lander (and I believe there's been more than one) used to handle 4U1UN, and he was 100%. Then came a period of essentially no QSLs from New York for a very long time. I've read that's "fixed," but I'm not seeing anything from them (have outstanding cards for over a year now). Clearly, they're volunteers, have other things to do, etc, but there's got to be a better way.
4U1ITU was always a mess, as you had to know who the operator was that you worked and QSL via that person. Now, with rare exception, that's not the case. 4U1ITU cards go direct to Geneva. Contrary to 4U1UN, I've received ITU cards with very quick turn around (direct).
