[RTTY] Spotting DX

Hi Gang,

If you feel the need to spot DX on the reflector, a meaningful subject line 
would help (not just the call).  Something like:

	SPOT: <call> <date> <time> <freq>

i.e.:

	SPOT: 5V7C 11-Mar-04 1737z 14083.2

That way we can tell a spot from a discussion about a particular station.
