[RTTY] need help interfacing TS850 to Hal DXP38

The cables on the web site don't support the 870, at least one iteration. My
buddy just ordered one and it doesn't work. He needs the RCA cable to the
rig. Bux used to have such a cable on their web site, but it is gone.
