[RTTY] XF4IH RTTY and Europe

Hi,

We (at SP5ZCC) were trying many times. No luck.
There was ONLY ONE TIME when their call was correctly and clearly
decoded and printed on the screen. Only one full "XF4IH" on the
screen. It was on 15 meters.
