One thing that helps me avoid pressing the wrong key is using the
F-Keys program and only using the mouse.  Having the F-Keys window
there with the buttons labeled helps tremendously.  I can go an entire
contest and never use the F-keys on the keyboard.  You'll wonder how
you ever got along without it.  Download at:
