I just did a GOOGLE search. Found some references to it, but those links 
are dead now. Might be a good idea to post it here on this reflector - 
maybe even re-post once per year. Split it into sections if too long.

It got good coverage back then - on 
http://www.dxzone.com/catalog/Operating_Modes/RTTY/ I see it got 808 hits 
from that site alone. Maybe hundreds of "readings".
