[RTTY] R1ANF ??

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me the DXCC entity of R1ANF?
I worked him on 20m RTTY on Sep 4th, and my logging software puts him as CE9
Antarctica.
However, I believe he may be on South Shetland, which is VP8/Sh for DXCC
purposes.

Anyone know which is correct?
