[RTTY] Transmit Shut-down, MMTTY and Writelog

This is probably RFI related, but at times when I go to transmit (using MMTTY and Writelog), the transmitter shuts down in the middle of the message. It will send a few characters and then the transmitter will shut down. It does this about 10% of the time. Any thoughts? I'm guessing RFI into the computer. I have a Cat 5 line hooking it to the network and the other customary RTTY com port connections.
