[RTTY] ANARTS Results

Hi all,

Just wanted to thank Colin and the ANARTS team for putting the results out
via email.
And also for taking the plunge with Cabrillo!

It is so encouraging to see a contest committee actually sending out contest
results/reports to entrants, and then taking the trouble to explain what
they are planning for the following year.

The "Contest Managers Report" makes interesting reading, although it is
rather sad to see that almost 1000 stations were active, yet only 300
submitted logs!
