Yes,

I noticed this.

This is just ONE MORE REASON that in all contests where zone or call area 
matters,  STATIONS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO SEND A CALLSIGN THAT REFLECTS THEIR 
ACTUAL LOCATION.

But this is just falling on deaf ears.
