To celebrate the election of the new Pope Benedict XVI Amateur Radio
operator IK0FVC, Francesco, will be active from the Vatican as HV0A during
this week.  Activity is expected starting this afternoon (Vatican time - at
any moment).  No bands or modes were mentioned.  QSL via IK0FVC.
