[RTTY] XE Contest log submission

I submitted the ASCII log file, not formatted by time, produced under
Writelog's FILE/EXPORT menu and the Summary File, produced under Writelog's
CONTEST/CREATE SUMMARY SHEET menu...

Both properly edited of course...
