Some contest programs recognize a callsign by looking for 
DE<space><string>.

If you want it to be less work for the other guy, send "DE S1GN" when 
responding to a CQ.  Send "S1GN S1GN" if you want him to work for his 
QSO points.  HI HI.

All kidding aside, I do try to send "DE W7AY W7AY" as a compromise 
between speed and accommodation.
