[RTTY] NAQP RTTY Log Submissions

The preferred log submission method for all NCJ-sponsored contests in 2005
is the web upload form. This method has now been successfully used for 4
contests.

The advantage for the participants is an immediate confirmation that the log
was correctly formatted and received into the system (or a detailed
description of the problems found in the log).

If you're not already familiar with the web upload form, please visit the
site and become familiar with it, prior to the contest. The web upload form
requires a Cabrillo formatted log! Your cooperation is appreciated. Good
