[RTTY] no sound card

this is true, however my Dell could not power the USB Sound Blaster, 
and I had to resort to an external hub with auxillary power (a Belkin) - 
which generated RF noise when powered - yes, you can do this, but shop 
carefully - 73! - jeff wk6i
