[RTTY] Making changes/corrections to the NAQP summary

Hello All

Seems to be a lot of errors in the NAQP summary.

Corrections are easy - just resubmit on the same form you
entered your data earlier. You only have to fill out the 
mandatory fields (i.e. it'll retain all the band data) and what
you are looking to correct if it isn't one of the mandatory fields.

When you click on submit, it'll ask if you want to repost or 
just update the database. The default is to just update the database.
Finally, be sure to add a comment (where indicated) as to what you
are changing.
