Another suggestion that may have been made previously:

Have you tried changing the COMPATIBILITY of the S/W? You can find it under
the PROPERTIES (right-click the icon) and select the COMPATIBILITY tab.
Select Windows 95 or 98 and see what happens. If this does NOT work, I'd
like to know about it.
