[RTTY] 160 RTTY Contesting

While I agree with Jim on most of his points, the ARRL Band plan has
absolutely NOTHING to do with where any mode can operate. At the same
time, why could we not organize a little something above 1.9 or for
that matter, say 1.950 to 2.000?
 
I have never quite understood why everyone insists on operating at the
bottom of the band while at the top end, antennas are shorter, prop is
better, and no bitching from other modes.
