I'll be putting out an updated RTTY callsign database before the Roundup. Not
sure where I'll find the time but I will.

If you plan on operating the RTTY Roundup, please check the current database
files for your callsign.

I have placed both files on the rttycontesting.com website for easy viewing.
The master file contains over 24,000 callsigns but loads quickly because it is
in .txt format. There is a smaller version containing only callsigns worked in
the year 2004. Check both lists for your call. If it's not there, let me know
and I'll be happy to add it. I update the lists on the website every day. So
after you send me a call to add, check the next day to see if it's been added to
both lists.

Also, if you plan on using a callsign other than your own, check to see if that
callsign is listed. One example will be for ON stations using the OO prefix
this weekend. I've already added OO4ADZ and OO3WAB to both lists.

I'll try to get the updated .dta and .cal lists out by Friday at the latest.

Check http://rttycontesting.com/downloads/mstrtty.txt for the larger list and
http://rttycontesting.com/downloads/mstrtty_2004.txt for the smaller list. Open
the web pages and hit CTRL F, type in your call and Search. Or you can simply
scroll down and search for your call since both lists are in alpha-numeric
order.

For information on using the RTTY Callsign Database file with WriteLog, see:

The ARRL RTTY Round is this weekend. Start getting ready now!
