[RTTY] software advice

Perhaps somebody knows of a piece of software that does what I want:

I have a TTY modem, a military type.  It has an Asynchronous connector
to connect it to a computer.

I need a program that will do a couple of things.
 1 - Use RTS for keying.
 2 - do baudot conversion, as the modem does not on its own.
 3 - regulate speed, as the modem sends and recieves at whatever speed
the Async line is operating at.
 4 - works well in windows.

TTYSIM does not do the RTS for keying and RTTY12G works, but is very
gerky and dos based.

Anybody have any ideas?
