[RTTY] XF4IH

I wonder if anyone received a QSL for the XF4IH operation ?  I worked them
for a new one on RTTY and 4 new bands CW. I sent QSL's by regular air mail
and then again by registered mail.  I have not received a QSL from them or
heard anything .  Is this a lost cause ????
