[RTTY] Contest Happenings??

Hi Roger,

The BARTG Sprint requires no RST at all.  The exchange is only serial 
numbers.  Most of the stations I worked did not include a signal report. 
  I guess the BARTG is one organization that realizes your point on the 
uselessness of signal reports in contests.
