[RTTY] RTTY WAS #410??

I know we've discussed this before ... I just got my RTTY WAS in the
mail 2 minutes ago.  Am I really only the 410th recipient?

The certificate also has "DIGITAL" printed above the big WAS letters
(rather  than on the left margin where my SSB certificate says "SSB")
and then RTTY #410 underneath the certification text - is that new?

I know the ARRL has made changes to the WAS program - is this a result?
