Thanks to all that replied.  I know there were some tech glitches in
the recent past which caused some certificates having to be reissues.

The ARRL has changed the WAS program in subtle ways tho' I could be
misreading http://www.arrl.org/awards/was/ ...  It appears that Phone
WAS is no longer numbered ... and it appears that you choose USB, LSB,
AM or FM! (according tot he application)

Glad I got a numbered SSB award when I did!
