[RTTY] 4U1UN spotting

As a reminder, the cluster system provides real-time spots, including QSL 
info.  4U1UN has been spotted numerous times.

Some AR-Clusters, including mine, have a RTTY Announce function that is sent 
to any user who has requested that he/she receive them.  Each AR-Cluster 
sysop has to set it up too, and several have.

If you want to connect to my node and want the RTTY announcments, just send 
me an email.
