[RTTY] Looking for MMTTY 1.65D manual in PDF format

I just did, using a trial version of CHM2PDF, so it has a banner at the top 
of each page declaring that it "was created with the unregistered version of 
CHM2PDF", but othe than that, it appears to be complete and readable with 
Acrobat Reader 5.0 and above.....

Would you like a copy, or should I upload it to someplace for everyone?
