Another good source of maps is the CIA website.  
 
Here is the URL for the map of Antarctica, which you can download as a  pdf 
file and save to your hard drive.

The nice thing about the Acrobat files is the ability to magnify the  maps.  
A handy feature for the details, like small remote  islands.
