[RTTY] RTTY DXCC numbers?

Mine came with a large number, 90,XXX.  Sent email to DXCC and was told 
error in printing - got my corrected certificate with number in 1400 range 
- summer 2004.  Suspect those big numbers an error.  Contact NC1L and get 
it fixed.
