[RTTY] Volta logs

There is a newer version of the SM6RW contest modules (050110) than the
one include with the 10.54C full install or the 10.53E version of
WriteLog.  This version of the contest modules includes Cabrillo output
for Volta.  Unfortunately, the WriteLog 3rd party download of the SM6RW
modules is still be the 030222 version.  The newer version is available
at http://www.sk3bg.se/contest/download.htm at the bottom of the page.
