[RTTY] WAE LogSubmision

Dear All, 

I have tried twice to send my WAE Log to waedc at dxhf.darc.de but bounced 
twice and receive the error message :
> Connected to 212.100.39.249 but sender was rejected.
> Remote host said: 550 5.0.0 Access denied
I have attached the cabrillo and text file for QTCTX and QTCRX generated by 
MixW.
Anybody knows about the problem. Let me know.
Thanks for any helps. 

Also thanks for the station worked for WAE last week, specially who exchange 
the QTC (you know that this is my first WAE contest to handle the QTC, 
thanks to Phil, GU0SUP).
