[RTTY] [CQ-Contest] Looking for possibly busted calls

Just called to CQ and spoke to someone:
October CQ Magazine is on the way to every subscriber and we should get it by the end of this week, or the latest, by the early next week.
They apologyze for the delay but eveything is OK. 
No Gulf Coasts at the moment.
Will talk to Dick soon, if any news, I will keep you guys posted.

My October QST arrived at the normal time.

However, the October CQ has not arrived, and several friends have not 
received theirs. Phone call and email inquiries to CQ have gone unanswered.

Makes me wonder if CQ is faced with debilitating financial problems or 
perhaps the magazine is printed somewhere in the Gulf Coast.
