Hi,

last year I have asked Tim for the DLL and/or the Web Site where to
download it. Here his response. If you cant't find the Contest DLL 
in the Files Section of the Yahoo MixW Group, please let me know and
I'll send you the ZIP-File direct, which Tim sent to me in October 2004.
