[RTTY] Calls not highlighting in Writelog

Hi all,

If you can't get the calls to highlight in the RTTY window for the Makrothen
contest, try closing the RTTY window and then opening it again.
This appears to make the highlighting work in that window, but it still
doesn't sort the band-map window.
