[RTTY] Makrothen RTTY Question

I have been looking through the 3830 Reflector results and noticed that D4B 
was logged by someone.

I thought this station was QRT??
I did not hear um and I always do when he is on and I did a DX Summit search 
and no spots were there for D4B?
