Hi All

When submitting my JARTS log to the submit page, it sent it back with an 
error.  The error was that in my "sent exchange" for some reason, was 599 
599 66.  I had to take the first 599 out for the log to be accepted.  Don't 
know for sure where it came from.  Check your cabrillo file before 
submitting.  73
