[RTTY] VE7CF JARTS SOAB high belated, claimed score

I'm a little late in reporting this, but finally have my act 
together.   Really enjoyed the contest, but didn't find conditions 
all that great here in the rain forests of British Columbia.  80 
meters was all but useless due to high rain-static and 40m wasn't 
much better.   Oldest participant I copied was 83 and youngest was 
14.
