[RTTY] Larry W0ETC SK

I didn't ever have the pleasure of meeting Larry in person, but as I entered 
RTTY Contesting Larry was very helpful (as were others), as I'm sure he has 
been over the years. It will be sad not to see W0ETC in the log.  My 
condolences to his family.
