[RTTY] WAE Certificates Received!

As usual, the DARC has gone the "extra mile" to produce a great certificate,
great results breakdowns, and great contests!
Last week, just before the SSB WAE weekend, I received a package from the
DARC. In it were several surprises. In addition to the WAE/WAG results
booklet, there were really beautiful certificates:
