Goetz,

Those are "Olivia" signals.  gMFSK ver 0.7 (Linux), MULTIPSK, MixW ver 
2.16b5 has the mode in the software.  MixW being the most popular for a 
lot of digital users just put Olivia on the software last week, so will 
be seeing more Olivia users.
