[RTTY] LOTW WAS DXCC questions

Hello RTTY LOTW users:
  I am trying to get started with LOTW.
  Received all that certificates and created WAS account.
  I have this message (copied):

  What does it mean?
  Does it mean that I will receive WAS award soon by mail or something else? 
  Or it does not mean nothing?
  And I am stuck with DXCC stuff over here.
  How can I create my DXCC account?
  In general, How can I see all those QSO's/QSL's I probably have worked with all other participants?
  I was trying to upload my Cabrillo Log - did not go through-"aborted" it says.
  Feel myself kinda STUPID.
  Please Help!
