[RTTY] WAS via LoTW # 425

Received WAS # 425 RTTY mode via LoTW, ten days turn around from application to receiving certificate in the post box, you guys at the ARRL are good. Now all I need is anybody who knows how to work Alaska on 10 meters RTTY from this side of the world, in this lifetime, to complete WAS 10 Meters RTTY.
