[RTTY] 160m TARA RTTY Melee

I agree with Claude... It's a shame these contests will run simultaneous. RTTY on 160m will be a great experiment. Trying to cross the Atlantic with digital signals on 160m is worth at least a try. (Especially from the Midwest and West coasts!)
After this weekend "goes down", I speculate the reflectors will explode with messages regarding mutual interference, damn RTTY'ers, damn CW'ers, et. al... This situation is not going to increase camaraderie with our ham partners!
Although I enjoy RTTY contests very much, you won't find me on 160m in the TARA event. But you will find me on CW.

2. Because it's the same time as the CW 160m contest and that
part of the band will be full with big signal. Too bad.

Do you mean:
1. Because it's the TARA contest?
2. Because it's the same time as the CW 160 contest.
3. Or because it's RTTY on 160 meters?
Please clarify.
