[RTTY] TCG NAQP RTTY TEAMS

We have one full team plus one signed on with TCG for NAQP 
RTTY.  Those currently signed on are:

The contest starts 1800 Z, 25 February.  Please join us if 
you can play on a TCG Team.  This will be a good contest 
time to remember our deceased friend, W0ETC "LAR IA", who 
has played in the NAQP RTTY contests many times.
