Somebody missed a shift from figures to letters case after the 599. 
He probably sent N0LP 599 AR AR KN with the remaining "5FY" just junk.

If this doesn't make sense, just remember that each of the 32 valid 
codes in the Baudot system gets double duty - the character 00011, 
for instance decodes to "A" in the letters case or "-" in the figures case.

Your computer can automatically do the unshift from figures to 
letters for you when a space occurs - the feature is called "USOS" 
(UnShift On Space).
