[RTTY] State exchanges in RU

[NOEL POULIN]

And one guy told me to check my buffer...cuz he was not able to pick up
QC.....he told me that almost three times......I said QC is also PQ.....with
PQ...he said that is ok......
I do not understand.........WriteLog is supposed to take both of them....QC
or PQ....
